At Trimvert Inc. / LogBlues LLC ("Trimvert", "we", "us", or "our"), we respect the privacy of our subscribers (shop owners, barbers, stylists, estheticians, therapists) and their clients. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, process, and safeguard information when you use our website at trimvert.com, subdomains, and the Trimvert booking platform (the "Platform").
1. Fundamental Principle: Zero Data Brokering
Unlike consumer booking directories that aggregate client records to build ad profiles or promote competitor shops, Trimvert never sells, rents, licenses, or monetizes client contact information or booking behavior. Your client list belongs exclusively to your business.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information in two primary categories:
A. Shop Subscriber Data
- Account Details: Business name, owner name, business phone number, email address, password hash, and calendar subdomain slug.
- Facility Setup: Service names, pricing, duration intervals, staff chairs, and business hours.
- Billing Credentials: Subscription payment tokens handled securely by PCI-compliant payment gateways (e.g. Stripe). Trimvert does not store raw credit card numbers.
B. Client Booking Records
- Appointment Information: Client first and last name, mobile phone number, optional email address, requested service, provider chair, scheduled time, and service notes.
- Formula Vault: Hair color ratios, chemical notes, skin sensitivity tags, or service preferences recorded by providers.
3. How We Use Collected Information
We use the information strictly to provide and operate the Platform:
- To reserve and manage calendar appointments across shop chairs;
- To dispatch automated transactional SMS alerts (cadence recall prompts, appointment confirmations, reminder pings);
- To facilitate seamless in-chair checkouts and optional tip allocations;
- To generate shop revenue summaries and morning briefing reports for shop owners;
- To maintain edge infrastructure reliability, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
4. Privacy in AI Processing & Telecommunications
Trimvert features pragmatic AI capabilities (such as Text-to-Rebook and natural language business analytics). We enforce strict privacy boundaries:
- PII Redaction: Client phone numbers and payment records are redacted prior to submitting prompts to external language models.
- No Public Model Training: Your shop data and client appointment notes are never used to train public foundational AI models.
- Deterministic Rule Enforcement: AI suggestions are strictly validated against your shop’s live D1 database; models do not have independent execution or writing permissions.
5. Telephony & SMS Messaging (TCPA Compliance)
Trimvert dispatches automated SMS notifications strictly on behalf of the subscriber business. Messages are limited to transactional booking confirmations, cadence recalls, and reminder notices. Clients may opt out at any time by replying "STOP", which immediately halts future automated notifications.
6. Security & Data Storage
The Platform is deployed across Cloudflare Edge global infrastructure. Data is stored in secure, encrypted SQLite D1 database partitions. All communications between clients, providers, and our servers are encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS 1.3 / HTTPS.
7. Your Data Rights & Portability
Under applicable privacy laws (including California CCPA and international standards), shop subscribers and their clients have the right to:
- Access & Export: Request a complete machine-readable copy (CSV/JSON) of their client list and appointment history;
- Rectification: Correct inaccurate contact details or service records;
- Erasure: Request permanent deletion of shop accounts and associated client records upon termination.
